How is your garden growing in November? Our little organic family garden is still producing for us, all on its own.
While newly planted kale and spinach seeds are germinating and beginning to grow, we’re still harvesting a few other yummy greens.
The kale is thriving in this cooler weather, with the leaves growing larger and having fewer pests to bother it.
I picked the last few green bell peppers in anticipation of a killing freeze. With our increasingly longer, warmer growing season, the bell pepper plants still want to bloom and create more peppers. These plants have been so hardy! Hmmm, makes me want bring at least one plant indoors for the winter.
